摘要
目的探讨香砂六君子汤对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者术后胃黏膜的保护作用。方法选择择期行腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者60例,随机分为对照组30例及治疗组30例。对照组行胆囊切除术后未服用任何药物,治疗组术后1d给予香砂六君子汤。分别于术后1d及术后3d评估患者胃肠道反应;于术前、术后1d及术后3d检测血清丙二醛(MAD)及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平。结果术后1d两组患者胃肠道反应评分差异不显著(P>0.05),并且两组患者血清MDA水平较术前升高(P<0.05)但SOD水平较术前降低(P<0.05)。术后3d,治疗组患者胃肠道反应评分较对照组明显降低(P<0.05),MAD水平较对照组明显升高(P<0.05)而SOD水平较对照组明显降低(P<0.05)。结论香砂六君子汤对腹腔镜胆囊切除术后患者胃黏膜损伤有保护作用。
Objective To investigated the protective effect of gastric mucosal after laparoscopic cholecystectomy in patients with Xiangsha Liujunzi Soup. Method Sixty patients were randomly divided into two groups: the control group and the theraputive group. The control group were not given drug after laparoscopic cholecystectomy, the theraputive group were given Xiansha Liujunzi Soup after laparoscopic cholecystectomy.The gastric-interstetic action were measured in lday and 3 day after surgery. The surgery MAD and SOD level were measured before surgery, lday after surgery and 3 day after surgery. Results The score of gastric-interstatic action were not significantly different in lday after surgery in two groups. The serum MAD level were elevated in therapeutic group in 1 day after surgery as well as the SOD level were significantly decreased .Conclusion The Xiangsha Liujunzi Soup can protecte the gastric mucocsal after laproscopic surgery.
