摘要
[目的]观察术前耳穴埋豆联合常规护理干预腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将240例住院患者按抽签法分为两组。对照组120例常规护理;术前给予常规心理护理及手术相关的健康教育。干预组120例术前给予耳穴埋豆,主穴：神门、枕、皮质下、焦虑穴;再根据中医辨证的原则酌情加减穴位;操作采用压痛法,压迫后以局部灼痛、发热为判断标准,找准后用75%的酒精棉球在耳穴上做常规消毒,耳穴压豆贴贴于每个穴位敏感点上,按压约3min达到局部灼痛、发热为止,轻者取单侧,重者取双侧,按压3~5次/d,每次以灼痛发热为度,特别是临睡前必按1次;常规护理同对照组。连续干预30d为1疗程。观测心率、血压及睡眠时间、SAS（术前焦虑量表）评分、术后VAS评分、不良反应。干预1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]心率、血压及睡眠时间、SAS（术前焦虑量表）评分两组均有改善,干预组改善优于对照组（P〈0.05）。术后VAS评分（疼痛评分标准）干预组优于对照组（P〈0.05）。[结论]术前耳穴埋豆联合常规护理干预腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者效果显著,值得推广。

Operation method using tenderness after oppression to local burning, fever criteria, identify with the 75% alcohol cotton ball for routine disinfection on the ear, ear pressure beans Veg sensitive points on each point, pressing about 3min achieve partial burning, heat up, the light take unilateral, bilateral severe to take, press 3 to 5 times / d, each with burning degree fever, especially before going to sleep will press 1. Routine care with the control group . 30d is a continuous treatment intervention . Observations heart rate, blood pressure and sleep time, SAS （ preoperative anxiety scale ） score, VAS scores, adverse reactions. Intervention in a course of treatment to determine efficacy. [ Results ] Heart rate, blood pressure and sleep time, SAS （ Preoperative Anxiety Scale ） score in both groups improved in the intervention group than the control group improvement （ P 〈0.05 ） . Postoperative VAS score （ pain score standard ） in the intervention group than the control group （ P 〈0.05 ） . [Conclusion ] Ear buried beans combined preoperative routine nursing intervention in patients with laparoscopie cholecystectomy effect is significant, it is worth promoting.
