顾客资产管理战略地图的构建

摘要 分析了顾客资产管理兴起的驱动因素,回顾和梳理了当前的顾客资产管理模型,结合平衡计分卡理论,构建了顾客资产管理的战略地图,并分析了顾客资产管理的未来研究主张。 Through analyzing the driver factors of the the theory of customer equity management (CEM) and the related research models of CEM, we proposed a strategy map of customer equity management based on the principle of balanced scorecard (BSC), meanwhile, the study propositions on customer equity management are proposed.
