摘要
以马铃薯渣为原料,对采用不灭菌固态发酵法生产菌体蛋白饲料的糖化菌种进行了优选,并对其较适丁艺条件进行了探索研究试验,结果表明:采用黑曲霉培养(28℃,2~3d).经糖化后,接入白地霉液体曲种发酵62h,可使产物干基蛋白含量从5.80%提高到13.95%。并筛选出较合适的发酵基质配料为:鼓皮10%、尿素10%、(NH4)2SO41.0%、KH2PO40.05%。
Screening of saccharifying-strain for production SCP feed was conducted by solid fermentation method with raw potato mash cake, and the suitable processing conditions were investigated. The experimental results show that the crude protein content of the product raised from 5.80 % to 13.95 % after culturing Aspergillus niger at 28℃ for 2-3 d to saccharify, and fermentating with Geotrichum candidum for 62 h. Meanwhile the suitable fermentation medium was obtained with mixture of wheat bran 10%, urea 1.0%, (NH4)2SO4 1.0 % and KH2PO4 0.05 %.
