摘要
通过对5个工况室内试验加载全过程的跟踪监测,以分析整架及其局部立杆的变形特性。研究发现,模板支架具有明显的双向侧移,其中立杆变形曲线以受节点侧移控制的b类为主,扣件式钢管模板支架应该属于具有半刚性节点的有侧移框架。另外,剪刀撑对模板支架扭转及变形的约束较好,施工过程中应特别注意剪刀撑的布置。模板支架的变形特性对于建立架体稳定分析理论具有重要的参考价值。
According to the tracking and monitoring of all course loading of specimens under 5 conditions, it is analysed distortion characteristic of integral frame and local vertical bars. The results show that the support have obvious lateral displacement of double direction, the distortion curve of the vertical bar is mainly b kind that is eontroled by nodal displacement, so the coupler steel tube falsework should be a frame with lateral displacement and semi-rigid node. In addition, a bridging has a good restriction on torsion and distortion of the falsework special attention should be given to its disposal in constructing. Distortion characteristic of the falsework bears important referrence value on founding theory of analyzing frame stability.
