钢筋混凝土独立梁满堂扣件式钢管支撑架设计及其稳定性分析 被引量:6

DESIGN AND STABILITY ANALYSIS OF FASTENER STEEL TUBE FULL FORMWORK SUPPORT FOR RC INDEPENDENT BEAM

摘要 钢筋混凝土独立梁横向两侧无楼板,梁下满堂扣件式钢管支撑架的横向稳定性是设计要考虑的关键问题之一。通过对比某剧院工程台口大梁满堂扣件式钢管支撑架不同步距、立杆横距对梁支撑架稳定承载力的影响,利用ANSYS软件建立半刚性主节点整架模型,进行特征值屈曲分析及考虑结构初始缺陷的非线性屈曲分析和静力分析。分析结果表明:按JGJ 130—2011《建筑施工扣件式钢管脚手架安全技术规范》验算的立杆稳定承载力具有较高的安全储备;建立的半刚性模型对独立梁支撑架的非线性稳定承载力分析是可行的;独立梁横向两侧外延支撑架立杆横距对整个架体的稳定性有一定影响,设计中应给予重视。 Reinforced concrete independent beam has no floor at diagonal both sides,the diagonal stability of fastener steel tube full formwork support for the beam is one of the key issues to be considered in design. For the design of steel tube full formwork support of the proscenium beam in a theatre project,it was compared the influence of different lift heights and transverse spacing of upright tube on the stability capacity of the formwork support. ANSYS software was used to set up the semi-rigid main joint model of the formwork,it was made the eigenvalues' buckling analysis,nonlinear buckling analysis and nonlinear static analysis taking account of the initial defects of the structure.The analytical results showed that the stability capacity of upright tube has a high margin of safety according to the standard calculation,it is feasible to analyze the nonlinear stability capacity of the formwork for independent beam using the established semi-rigid model,transverse spacing of upright tube of diagonal epitaxial formwork support for independent beam had a certain influence on the stability of the whole formwork,to which attention should be paid in the design.
