摘要
施工期发生的扣件式钢管模板支撑体系整体倒塌事故一个重要的原因是动态施工荷载作用下高支撑体系整体动力特征认识不足。本文通过一个工程的高支撑体系的现场整体动态检测试验,研究混凝土浇筑过程泵管的水平周期性冲击作用、混凝土振捣棒的振动作用和浇筑路线选择等因素对支模架体系整体振动频率、竖向振幅与水平向振幅、立杆的水平向振动特征的影响,并揭示混凝土振捣棒对支模体系的影响范围和大小。
An important reason for the overall collapse accident of high strut of fastener-style steel pipe scaffold system during construction period is the insufficient understanding of over all characteristics of high form strut system under the dynamic working load.Based on the over all dynamic and on-site detection experiment of high form strut system,this article studies about the following elements that the level periodicity shock effect of pump pipe,the vibration effect of vibrated rods and pouring line during concrete construction in what extent affect the the overall vibration,vertical amplitude and horizontal amplitude,vertical pole of the level of the vibration characteristics of moldbase support system.Finally,it reveals how much vibrated rods influences formwork support and the interaction of dynamic axial force and the static axial force of the formwork support.
