彩超引导下颈部实性肿物粗针穿刺活检38例的诊断价值 被引量：5

Diagnostic Value of Ultrasound-Guided Core-Needle Biopsy for 38 Cases with Neck Solid Masses

摘要 [目的]探讨彩超引导下颈部实性肿物粗针穿刺活检的应用价值。[方法]回顾性分析2008年1月至2009年1月彩超引导下颈部实性肿物粗针穿刺活检的患者38例的临床资料。[结果]全组38例穿刺,未出现严重并发症,病理检出率为97.4%(1例因取材组织少,未能诊断)。良性病变23例(甲状腺组织来源8例,淋巴结组织来源10例,神经鞘瘤1例,其他4例),恶性病变14例(甲状腺癌4例,转移癌8例,恶性淋巴瘤2例)。[结论]彩超引导下颈部实性肿物粗针穿刺活检技术是一种简便、廉价、安全及高效的检查手段,能够获得明确的病理诊断,可为制定合理的治疗方案提供准确的诊断依据。
