摘要
目的探讨超声引导下实性肿瘤穿刺活检的临床价值,分析应用方法。方法收集100例实性肿瘤患者资料进行病理结果分析,按照病理检测方法分为两组,观察组患者利用超声引导下穿刺活检技术进行病理研究,对照组患者采用传统活检技术进行病理研究,比较两组患者病理诊断的检出率。结果观察组患者的病理组织采集成功率明显较高(P<0.05),且观察组患者的病理检出准确性明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论超声引导下实性肿瘤穿刺活检技术是一种安全、方便的诊断技术,对于实性肿瘤的病理诊断检出率较高,且具有一定准确性。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of the implementation of tumor puncture biopsy under ultrasound guidance,analysis and application method.Methods We selected 100 cases of patients with solid tumors by pathology results,according to the pathological detection methods are divided into two groups,the observation group patients by ultrasound guided needle biopsy for pathological study of technology,the control group were treated by traditional biopsy for pathological study,two groups were compared the detection rate of pathological diagnosis. Results Observation of pathological tissue extraction groups were significantly higher success rate（P〈0.05）,And to observe the pathological group were significantly higher than those of control group detection accuracy（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Ultrasound guided solid tumor puncture biopsy technique is a safe,convenient diagnostic techniques, for pathological diagnosis of solid tumor detection rate is higher,and has certain accuracy.
