摘要 为分析研究艾叶炮制前后挥发油的主要化学成分,采取水蒸气蒸馏法对艾叶进行提取,提取物化学成分经GC—MS进行分离鉴定。用归一化法计算各组分相对百分含量。艾叶经炮制后,挥发油组分发生了较大变化,生品中共鉴定了60种成分,其中有36个成分在炮制后消失;醋艾炭共鉴定了45种成分,其中包含有炮制后19个新增成分。所获数据,为艾叶及其炮制品进一步开发研究提供了一定的参考依据。 To analyze chemical constituents of the volatile oil from Artemisia argyi Levi. ct. , the volatile oil was extracted from Artemisia argyi Levi. et by steam distillation. The components of the volatile oil were separated and identified by GC-MS. The relative content of each component was determined by area normalization. The components of the volatile oil were changed largely after preparing 60 components were identified in raw Artemisia argyi Levi. et Vant, and 36 components were disappeared during preparing; 45 components were identified after preparing, and contain 19 new components. 73 components were identified, accounting about 91.30% of the total volatile oil. These data provide scientific reference for research of Artemisia argyi Levi. et and its preparing
