摘要
艾叶来源于菊科植物艾(Artemisia argyi)的干燥叶,是我国传统中医药中最早认识和使用的植物药之一,是中医治疗妇科病的常用药。挥发油是艾叶的主要有效活性成分,具有抗菌、抗病毒、止血、抗肿瘤、保肝、镇痛、抗炎、抗氧化、止咳平喘等功效。本文通过对艾叶的挥发油类化学成分进行分析,同时对其妇科临床使用等内容进行综述,进一步认识艾叶的挥发油类化学成分组成及临床用药规律,以期为艾叶及其制品等的后续研究及临床应用提供基础材料。
Artemisia Argyi Folium,derived from the dried leaves of Artemisia argyi,a compositae plant,is one of the earliest known and used botanical medicines in traditional Chinese medicine,and is a common medicine in traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of gynecological diseases.Volatile oil is the main active component of Artemisia Argyi Folium,which has the effects of antibacterial,antiviral,hemostatic,anti-tumor,liver protection,analgesia,anti-inflammation,antioxidation,relieving cough and asthma and so on.In this paper,the chemical constituents of volatile oil from Artemisia Argyi Folium were analyzed,and its clinical application in gynecology was reviewed in order to further understand the chemical composition and clinical application of Artemisia Argyi Folium,in order to provide basic materials for the follow-up research and clinical application of Artemisia Argyi Folium and its products.
