摘要
给出了一种基于决策者主观偏好的区间型属性熵权决策方法。将决策者的乐观测度引入到区间型多属性决策问题中,结合区间型多属性决策中确定熵权的方法,建立了既能反映决策者乐观测度,又能充分利用已有客观信息的区间型熵权优化模型。最后将其用于航天研制项目风险决策,实例表明了该方法的实效性。
A new method of decision in interval entropy weights is given on the basis of decision-maker＇s subjective preference. The measure of optimism of decision-maker is introduced to the situation of the interval number in uncertain multiple attribute decision-making. Based on the method of determining interval entropy weights, the optimization model which can both reflect the measure of optimism of decision-maker and make full advantage of existing objective information is developed. Finally, an example of risk decision for the development of aerospace project is presented to show the feasibility and effectiveness of this new method.
