摘要
提出基于区间层次分析法的城市电网电缆化改造方法,该方法通过用区间数代替点值对传统层次分析法进行改进,能较好地体现人为判断的不确定性,增强了对城市道路评价结果的可信度。此方法在上海市某区电网入地改造中得到应用,实践结果证明了区间层次分析法应用在城市电网入地改造工程中的可行性和实用性。
<abstract>is paper presents a method for cabling reconstruction of urban electric network based on the Interval Analytic Hierarchy Process. The method develops the Analytic Hierarchy Process by using section value instead of dot value, adequately expresses the uncertainty of man-made judgments, and boosts up the reliability of the avenues evaluation result. The proposed method has been practiced in some area of Shanghai. Its result confirms the applicability and practicality of the IAHP in urban electric network reconstruction projects.
