摘要
针对建设工程项目管理过程中项目和项目组织的特殊性,介绍了项目协调和沟通的重要作用,总结了项目沟通存在的难点,对项目管理中几种重要的沟通进行了阐述,以确保整个项目管理上的成功。
Aiming at the program and the particularity of the program organization in the management process of the architectural project, the paper introduces the important role of the coordination and communication of the program, sums up the difficulties in the program communication, and illustrates some important commtmication, so as to ensure the success of the whole program＇s management.
