摘要
本文应用协同论原理设计区域医疗管理系统,以市州级医院为中心医院,其辖区内的县级区域医疗中心、社区卫生服务中心为分中心,以乡镇卫生院和社区卫生站为基本医疗单位的医疗幅射网络。在现有管理体制不变的情况下,构建病人合理流向,医疗资源共享,医疗花费适度的医疗服务体系。
This paper applies synergetic theory to construct regional medical care management system, centering on the central hospital in city level, subcentering the medical center and community health service center in the county level within the city, setting network of medical radiation on the basis of health centers and community health centers in villages and towns. Under the condition of unchanging current management system, medical care system is formed with a reasonable flow of patients, medical resources sharing, moderate medical care costs.
