摘要
通过对美国国家卫生信息网的案例研究，结合中国目前区域卫生信息发展的需求和目标，对区域卫生信息平台的体系架构进行分析；并针对数据共享和交换提出了建立在企业消息总线的集成技术的应用，以解决异构系统的互操作问题，实现医疗卫生各业务部门数据资源的互通互连，提高医疗卫生服务质量。
Through case study of US national health information network and combining with the development requirement and objective of Chinese regional health information for the time being, the system structure of the regional health information platform is analyzed. Meanwhile, to resolve interactive operation problem in heterogeneous systems, application of integrated technology based on enterprise message bus is put forward aiming at data sharing and exchange, which makes a favorable intercommunication in data resources among sales departments and contributes to the improvement of service quality in medical health field.
