摘要
息县在大力推行卫生信息化的背景下,率先开展了区域医疗信息平台的建设。本文通过分析区域信息平台的设备要求,整合县域内的硬件设备、确定信息平台的具体功能及构建思路、以数据交换中心为基础,注重业务监管与综合支付模块设计,建立起了面向农村卫生管理的信息平台。初步实现了农村居民的健康一体化管理、强化了行政部门对不同业务系统的监管与考核、推动了息县区域卫生体制的综合改革。对于农村地区实际开展区域医疗信息平台的建设有积极的指导意义。
Xixian firstly carry out the construction of the Regional Health Information Platform in the background of the implementation of the health information energetically. It mainly concentrated on the integration of hardware equipment in the whole county, determining the specific function and construct of the information platform, and paying the attention to business regulation and comprehensive pay module design based on data exchange center, which sets up a health management information platform for rural. It preliminary realized the rural residents health integration management, strengthened the supervision and assessment of administrative departments for different business system, promoted the Xixian regional health system of comprehensive reform. The implement has positive significance to carry out Regional Health Information Platform construction for rural.
