摘要
目的研究检验信息的网络传输,实现检验资源区域内共享,为帮助临床检验中心更好地方便患者、完成检验任务、实现各家医院检验结果共享和互认。方法探索将His与Lis系统对接,Lis系统所有的患者数据从His中提取,检验数据再提交到His,使得患者病历保存了所有的检验信息,His所有的数据上传至"临床检验中心区域协同医疗平台系统",通过医疗平台向Internet发布检验数据。结果实现了"患者不走标本走,标本集中处理,集中检测,检验结果数据共享,家中上网查收报告",在最大化地节约检验资源的同时,既方便便捷,又保证了检验质量。结论临床检验中心区域协同医疗平台系统实现了检验信息共享,提高了检验质量,提高了诊断水平,方便了患者就医。
Objective Research on the network transmission of test information,implementing the test resource sharing in the region and making the test results mutual recognizing. Methods Exploring the connection between HIS and LIS, making the pa- tients＇ data and test data in LIS can be downloaded from HIS, then storing all the test information in the patients＇ EMR. The data in HIS can be uploaded to the regional coordination medical platform system. Results Accomplishing the goals that the speci- mens were centralized treated and examined,the data of test results were shared on the internet and the patients can get the test reports from the web at home by uploading the test data on the internet from the platform. That can economize the test resources and assure the test quality. Conclusion The platform maked the test resource sharing,improved the test quality and the diagnos- tic level, and also brought the conveniences to the patients.
