摘要
目的观察中西医结合治疗结节性表层巩膜炎的疗效。方法 42例(47只眼)结节性表层巩膜炎患者分别采用西医及中西医结合治疗,观察两组临床疗效。结果中西医组临床治愈率90.91%,复发率9.09%;西医组治愈率35%,复发率65%。中西医组治愈率高于西医组、复发率低于西医组,两组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论中西医结合治疗结节性表层巩膜炎疗效确切,比单用西药治疗治愈率高、复发率低。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of the Combined treatment of traditional Chinese medieine and western medicine of nodidar episeleritis. Methods 42 patients with nodular episcleritis patients were divides into 2 groups, one groups were Combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine, other groups were treatment with western medicine and then the treatment of clinical efficacy were observed. Results In The Combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine group the cure rat 90. 91% , recurrence rate 9. 09% ; in the Western medicine group, the cure rat 35%, recurrenee rate 65%. The cure rat was higher in the Combined treatment of traditional Chinese medieine and western medicine group than the western medicine group. The recurrence rate was lower in the Combined treatment of traditional Chinese medieine and western medicine group than the western medicine, the difference is significant （ p 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion The Combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine of nodular episeleritis is curative effect, you can shorten the course of the disease, promote healing and reduce recurrence.
