摘要
1820年刊行的《海录》,是中国现存最早介绍世界各国概况的著作。作者谢清高在其书中第一次向我们展示了海外近代法律的一些概况,并引介了中国近代第一批法律新词。
Sea Record issued in 1820 is China＇s earliest books that existing profiles the world. Author Xie Qinggao,for the first time in his book,shows us some of modern western legal profile, and introduces some modem new legal times.
