摘要
为培养适应社会需求的毕业生,对化学工程专业1997—2006届毕业生及其所在单位进行了问卷调查,从调查结果了解到毕业生的工作能力状况和对学校教育的建议,即应重视培养学生的综合素质和锻炼实践应用能力;在对调查结果做出定量分析的基础上,探讨了学生应用能力培养的途径与方法,以及提高素质的对策,为确保学生能力培养的效果和教学改革提供参考。
In order to train graduates adapted to the social needs,questionnaire survey for chemical engineering specialty graduates from 1997 to 2006 and employment companies was carried out. The survey results showed the working abilities conditions of the graduates and the suggestions on school education. The training of comprehensive diathesis of graduates and the exercise of practical applications ability should be paied attention to. Based on the quantitative analysis for the survey result, the way and method of training students＇ application ability and the countermeasure of raising students diathesis are researched. This can provide a reference for ensuring the effect of students＇ ability training and teaching reform.
