摘要
随着我国经济的发展,物业管理行业对于其从业人员的数量和质量都提出了新的要求。通过与用人单位沟通、以座谈会和发放调查问卷的形式,对沈阳工程学院物业管理专业的毕业生进行了跟踪调查,从用人单位和毕业生角度,对物业管理专业的毕业生进行了总体评价,为建立科学的毕业生评价指标体系及完善物业管理专业的教学培养方案提供参考依据。
With the development of our country＇s economy, property management industry presents the new requirements for employees＇ quantity and quality. By communication with employing unit, taking the forms of forum and questionnaire, makes the follow-up investigation for property management specialty graduates of SIE. From the angles of employing unit and graduate makes the overall evaluation for property management specialty graduates, provides the reference basis for establishing scientific graduate evaluation index system and perfecting teaching project of property management specialty.
