摘要
当前我国人才市场的现状表明,我国高等教育在培养具有较强创新能力的实用型人才方面并没有发挥出足够的作用,进行高等学校课堂教学改革势在必行。推进课堂教学改革要建立相应的管理体制作为保障,要充分发挥教研室的纽带作用以及教师的积极性和主动性。
The present situation of personnel markets in China shows that Chinese higher education failed to play as important role as it should be in training practical talents with strong innovative abilities. As a result, it' s badly necessary for Chinese universities to adopt new approaches in classroom teaching to improve their educational quality. To attain such goal, a certain administrative system should be established as a guarantee, which will make the teaching research group in universities fully involved in and all the teachers highly motivated to take an active part in the reform of the traditional classroom teaching method.
