摘要
系统分析了国内外香石竹组织培养和扦插繁殖等研究进程,对国内外香石竹研究现状进行了概述,提出了今后研究的方向:深入对香石竹组培快繁方面的研究,特别是其脱毒方面的研究;加强香石竹扦插方面的研究;建立香石竹良种繁育技术体系。
The research progresses on the tissue culture and cutting propagation of Dianthus caryophyllus at home and abroad were systematically analyzed.The research status of D.caryophyllus at home and abroad was summarized.The future directions were proposed including further research on the tissue culture and rapid propagation of D.caryophyllus（particularly studies for its virus-free）,enhancing the research on the cuttings of D.caryophyllus,establishing the breeding technical system of D.caryophyllus.
