摘要
以超级小麦PH01-35、PH62008、988044和鲁麦14(CK)为试验材料,对小麦开花后根系活力变化、过氧化物酶活性的变化和光合速率的变化进行了初步探讨。结果表明,小麦开花后根系活力(TTC还原力)的变化总体呈现相同趋势,即开花期根系活力较低,开花期至灌浆期根系活力升高,成熟期根系活力则处于低值水平的相对缓慢的下降趋势,但超级小麦根系活力和过氧化物酶(POD)活性明显高于鲁麦14。在小麦根系衰老过程中,POD活性的变化与根系活力变化的同步性和时间上的轻微差异,显示着根系活力与POD活性之间的某种必然联系。超级小麦品种在光合生理特性方面,具有较高的光合速率。
This experiment was conducted with the super-wheats PH01-35,PH62008,988044 and Lumai14 in order to make a primary study on the variation of the root activity, POD activity and field photosynthetic rate after anthesis. The results showed as follows: after anthesis, there was an identical trend in the variation of root activity (TTC) among all the experiment materials, that was, the root activity was low during the anthesis, while increasing from anthesis to grain filling stage. However,during mature stage the root activity was in the relative decreasing trend, and the activities of root system and POD of super-wheat were heigher obviously than that of Lumai 14. When the root was in the course of senescence,there was slight difference between the variation of POD activity and that of the root activity ,which suggested that there might he some relationships between the activity of root and POD. And the photosynthetic rate of super wheat was heigher than the control.
