摘要
论述一种世界新型的立式大容量计量的“具导轨光学测量法”及由作者研制的“标准测量仪”的工作原理、结构与测量误差分析等,指出其具有测量准确度高、免除高空作业、抗风性强、不受被测罐体障碍物影响、测量速度快等特点。结果表明,以该方法研制的仪器对罐的径向偏差测量的范围不确定度(范围因子k=2)不大于2mm,并具有圈板高度、罐倾斜、罐底量等多种测量功能,不仅适于罐外测量,而且适于罐内测量。
Here is presented the principle of operation and structural design as well as the measuring error analysis by 'a optical measuring method with guide' for the new type volume measurement of vertical metal tanks in the world today, and the standand measuring device is researched and produced by the auther. It has many advantages, such as high measuring accuracy, avoidunce of the operation at high position, strong wind resistance, not be affected by the obstacle of the tank measured and fast measuring speed. It has been drawn a conclusion that the measuring uncertainty is no more than 2 mm(limits factor k =2) for tank′s radial deviation by using this device as a method of research and producing, and it has many measuring functions applied not only to measurement of the exteral tank but also measuring of the interal tank such as the height of ring plate, the slope of tank and the capacity of tank′s bottom.
