摘要
本文提出了一种利用便携智能化立式罐大容量标准测量仪在罐内测量基本直径和罐体椭圆度的新方法；
A new method for basic diameter measurement inside the tanks and ellipticity measurement of the tank body has been proposed, and the calculation formulas transforming basic diameter and radial deviation of the tested cross section measured when the tank is filled with liquid to data of free tank are presented.
