摘要
本文论述便携式立式罐大容量测量标准仪的工作原理、结构与测量误差分析。它具有测量准确度高、抗风性强、免除高空作业、不受被测罐体障碍物影响、测量速度快等特点。实验与分析表明,该标准仪对罐的径向偏差测量误差不大于±1mm,从而保证了100~150000m3罐的容量测量总不确定度为(02~002)%
A portable and intelligent standard instrument for the measurement of the volume of vertical metal tanks has been developed,its principle of operation and structural design as well as the measuring error analysis are described.This instrument has many advantages such as high measuring accuracy,strong wind resistance,avoidance of the operation at high position,not affected by the obstacle of the tank measured and fast measuring speed.Experiment and analysis show that the measuring error is no more than 1mm for tank's radial deviation by using this standard instrument,thus a total uncertainty of (0.2~0.02)% for tank volume of 100~150000m 3 is ensured.
