摘要
针对题库建设中的首要问题———建立明确的建库目标和选用合适的数学模型，结合几年来的实践进行探讨，介绍了国际流行的项目反应理论在题库建设中的应用．
This article is chiefly aimed at determining a clear aim of establishing a question bank and choosing a suitable mathematical model in the light of the writer's experience in applying the reaction theory of category to the establishment of question bank.
