摘要
目的:观察匹多莫德对尖锐湿疣CO_2激光治疗后复发预防作用及安全性评价。方法:将118例尖锐湿疣患者随机分为单纯激光组和联合治疗组。单纯激光组采用单纯CO_2激光治疗,联合治疗组在激光治疗的基础上予以匹多莫德片0.8g,po,qd,连用3个月。结果:随访3个月,联合治疗组的复发率明显低于单纯激光组(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间均未出现明显不良反应。结论:匹多莫德对尖锐湿疣CO_2激光治疗后复发预防作用疗效确切,能明显降低患者的复发率,安全性好,具有临床推广价值。
Objective： To observe the prophylactic effect of condyloma acuminatum （CA） treatment by pidotimod on post-COz la- ser treatment and evaluate its safety. Method： One hundred and eighteen cases of patient with CA were randomly divided into the laser treatment group and the combined treatment group. The laser treatment group was received single CO2 laser treatment, while the combined treatment group was received CO2 laser treatment and pidotimod,0. 8 g, po, qd for 3 months. Result： Three months after treatment, The rate of recurrence in the combined treatment group was significantly lower than that in the laser treatment group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. There were no obvious adverse reactions during the period of treatment in both two groups. Conclusion： Treatment with pidotimod after laser therapy appears to be an efficacy therapeutic approach in proventing the relapse of CA. It can reduce the recurence rate of CA with high safty, and it is worth spreading in clinic.
