现代护理模式要求建立和谐的护患关系。构建和谐护患关系要求护士尊重患者,平等待患;建立同感心,富有同情心;加强护患沟通,增进相互信任;强化业务学习,提升专业技能。当前,护士视角下的和谐护患关系要求护士树立人文服务理念,重视情商培养,加强礼仪培训,提升沟通技能。
The modern nursing model requests to establish harmonious nurse and patient relationship. The harmonious nurse and patient relationship reqaests nurse to respoct patient and equality, have empathy and compassion, well communication to promote mutual trust, enhance professional training and improve professional skills. From the perspective of nurse, to establish harmonious nurse and patient relationship, nurse should have the conception of humanity service, attach importance to emotion quality training and strengthen etiquette and communication arts training.
