超剪切技术对锂离子电池浆料快速分散的研究 被引量:10

摘要 分析了锂离子电池浆料在混合分散过程中的分散机理,利用计算流体动力学商业软件对超剪切快速分散设备内锂离子电池浆料混合分散的三维流场进行数值模拟,分析了物料流场变化情况。设计了以超剪切技术为核心的锂离子电池浆料混合分散装置,进行了初步的实验研究。分析与实验结果表明,采用超剪切技术对锂离子电池浆料进行混合分散,其混合分散效果好,大大缩短了分散时间,显著提高生产效率降低能耗。该研究结果为锂离子电池浆料生产应用超剪切技术进行快速微细混合分散提供了技术支撑。 Investigations of dispersion mechanism in lithium ion battery slurry has been conducted. The flow patterns in high shearing homogenizer have been performed by numerical simulation using commercial computational fluid dynamics package. A novel dispersion system of high-shear has been designed for lithium ion battery slurry, and a preliminary experimental has been conducted. From the results, utilization of the high-shear technology in the lithium ion battery slurry is beneficial to not only improve its uniformity, but also shorten the dispersion time greatly. All the conclusions in this investigation provide technology support for applying high-shear technology in the effective dispersion of lithium ion battery slurry.
