摘要
研究了HSV900和PVDF5130两种黏结剂对倍率型磷酸铁锂材料的浆料性能及加工性能的影响,同时,研究了涂炭铝箔和普通铝箔对磷酸铁锂电芯的电性能的影响。研究结果显示,针对倍率型磷酸铁锂材料,使用HSV900这款黏结剂可以降低浆料的黏度反弹,提高浆料稳定性,提高浆料加工性能。使用涂炭铝箔可以降低极片电阻率、电芯的交流内阻和直流内阻,提高电芯倍率性能及低温放电性能和高温循环性能。
The effects of HSV900 and PVDF5130 on the slurry properties and processing properties of high rate lithium iron phosphate materials are studied.Meanwhile,the effects of carbon coated aluminum foil and ordinary aluminum foil on the electrical properties of lithium iron phosphate cells are studied.The results show that,for high rate lithium iron phosphate materials,the use of HSV900 binder can reduce the viscosity rebound,improve the stability of slurry,and improve the processing performance of slurry.Using carbon coated aluminum foil can reduce the electric resistivity of the electrode,ACR and DCR of the cell,and improve the rate performance,low temperature discharge and high temperature cycle performance.
