摘要
亚微米级别的钛酸锂(Li_4Ti_5O_(12))颗粒在匀浆过程中容易发生团聚,影响到了浆料的加工性能。尝试了4种分散剂,研究了4种分散剂对钛酸锂浆料分散性的影响,通过过筛速率以及粘度稳定性筛选出最优分散剂TNNDIS。通过倍率测试、阻抗测试研究了TNNDIS对电化学性能的影响,添加质量分数在0.5%时,电化学性能最好。
The submicron scale lithium titanate oxide (Li4Ti5O12) particles are easy to agglomerate in the process of homogenization, which affects the workability of the slurry. In this paper, we studied the influence of dispersants on lithium titanate oxide slurry. The optimal dispersant TNNDIS was screened by sieving rate and viscosity stability, and the electrochemical performance was investigated by rate capability and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. when adding 0.5%TNNDIS, the electrochemical performance is the best.
