摘要
目的建立五苓散的鉴别与含量测定方法。方法以白术、泽泻对照药材为指标,进行薄层色谱鉴别;以桂皮醛作为含量测定的指标,采用HPLC法测定制剂中桂皮醛的含量。以Agela C18为色谱柱,流动相：乙腈-水（33∶67）,流速：1mL.min^-1,检测波长：290nm。结果桂皮醛在0.01315-0.263μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9993;平均回收率=99.09%,RSD=1.73%。结论专属性强,方法简便、准确、分离效果好,可用于五苓散的质量控制。
Objective The TLC and HPLC methods were established for the identification and determination of flavnoidids components in the Wulingsan.Methods TLC was used for identification and content of linarin was determined by HPLC method.Agela C18 column was used with acetonitrile-water（33∶67）as mobile phase.The content was detected at a wavelength of 290nm.The flow rate was 1mL·min^-1.Results The linear range was 0.01315～0.263μg,r=0.9993.The average recovery rate was 99.09% and RSD was 1.73%.Conclusion The developed method is simple and accurate.
