摘要
目的:建立灯盏细辛注射液细茵内毒素检查方法。方法:按《中国药典》2005年版(二部)细菌内毒素检查法凝胶法进行试验。结果:干扰实验表明,灯盏细辛注射液稀释12倍可消除干扰。结论:所建方法可用于灯盏细辛注射液的细菌内毒素检查。
Objective： To establish a bacterial endotoxin text for erigerontis injection. Method： Bacterial endotoxin text procedure in Chinese phamacopoeia were used. Result： The test showed that the interfering reaction could be eliminated when erigerontis injection was diluted in twelve times. Conclusion： Bacterial endotoxin text can be used instead of rabbit method to monitor pyrogen in erigerontis injection.
