摘要
本文以香樟叶为材料,采用石油醚除脂,乙醇浸提方法,获得黄酮类化合物的提取物.乙醇提取物用Mg+HCl,zn+HCl,1%FeCl_3-乙醇液,2%MCl_3-乙醇液,1%NaOH进行显色反应,呈现黄酮类化合物性质特征颜色.这提示样品提取物中含有黄酮类化合物.用该提取物对4种细菌,3种霉菌进行抑菌实验.结果表明,提取物具有较强的抗菌活性,且抗菌活性作用呈现明显的量效关系,但对不同菌种的抑菌效果有明显差异.
In the experiment, the flavonoid compound were extracted from the camphorwood leaves, using the method to degrease with ligarine and the method to extrct flavonoids with ethanol. The ethnol extractions were allowed to react with color developter such as Mg(Zn) powder and HCl, 1%FeCI3-EEP, 2% AIC13-EEP, 1% NaOH. The result shows that there is flavonoid compound in the sample extract. When the extract is used in the antibacterial experiment with 4 kinds of bacteria and 3 kinds of fungi as examples, it is found that the extract has antibacterial activity and there is a dose-effect reIationship, and to different bacteria the antibacterial effect differs.
