摘要
为了开发利用香樟叶资源,对超声波辅助提取香樟叶黄酮类化合物的工艺条件进行了研究,以乙醇为溶剂,考察乙醇浓度、料液比、超声时间、超声功率及温度对提取效率的影响,用L9(34)正交试验,确定了从香樟叶中提取黄酮的最佳工艺条件为超声时间40 min,乙醇浓度60%,料液比1∶20,超声温度70℃,超声功率400 W。此条件下提取的黄酮含量为10.437 mg/g。
In this paper, the extraction technology of flavonoids from Cinnamomum camphor leaves was studied by ultrasonic. The total flavonoid was determined via the spectrophotometry method at 510nm with rutin as the standard. The influences of the ethanol concentration, the ratio of solid and liquid, the ultrasonic time, the ultrasonic power and the ultrasonic temperature on the extraction efficiency were investigated. The L9 (3^4) orthogonal experiment showed that the optimum extraction condition was: extraction time 40 min,ethanol concentration 60 %,the ratio of solid and liquid 1 : 20, ultrasonic power 400 W. The best extraction content of flavonoid was 10. 437 mg/g.
