摘要
当前,许多师范院校的工科专业实力不强,在办学模式、师资队伍、社会认可度、实践教学等方面存在诸多问题.因此,必须采取措施,调整创新,加强师资建设,解决实践问题,整合学校优势,以使师范院校工科专业可持续地发展.
Nowadays, engineering specialty in many normal colleges and universities are not competitive, as there are many problems existing in schoolmanaging mode, faculty members, social approbation, and practice teaching. Based on the fact, the author proposed some measures to solve the problems, so that the engineering specialty in the normal universities and colleges may get a sustainable development.
