摘要
文章采用CAE模拟软件Moldflow对单色牙刷注射模型进行分析,得到了与实际注射工艺相关的螺杆位置-注射速度设定,确定了螺杆计量位置、第1段螺杆位置(走完流道通过浇口的位置)和V/P切换位置这3个重要的设定位置,并且优化了保压参数,使制品体积收缩率更为均匀,这为单色牙刷注射模工艺参数的确定提供了一定参考。
The paper analyzed monochrome toothbrushes produced by injection molding by Moldflow and obtained the ram position injection speed settings associated with the actual injection process as well as determined three important screw setting positions--the initial ram position,the first part of ram position and the V/P switch location. The packing parameters were optimized so that the volumetric shrinkage became more uniform, thus provided a reference for setting technologic parameters of the injection molding of monochrome toothbrush.
