摘要
基于Moldflow软件分析薄壁面板的成型工艺,给出了基于制品表面缩痕最小的最佳浇口位置分析和最佳成型工艺参数设置的方法,并根据实际模具设计的要求给出了合理的浇口位置和最佳的模具温度和熔体温度等工艺参数。据此进行模具设计,可加快模具开发进度,进而缩短产品开发周期,提高企业的产品质量和竞争能力。
The paper analyzed the forming processing in mould cavity of a thin wall panel with CAE software Moldflow. Based on the method to analyze the minimization of the product surface shrink marks' optimization of gate location, to set parameters of molding technology, and according to the requirement of practical mold design, the reasonable gate location and optimization parameters of molding technology such as mold temperature and melt temperature are given. The mold design above mentioned can fasten the mold developing schedule, thus shorten the cycle of product development, and improve the quality of products and the competitive ability of enterprise.
