摘要 本文的研究对象是某类型贴片机的位置控制系统,运用基于遗传算法的模糊神经网络PID控制器对其位置系统进行控制。着重介绍了基于联接机制的模糊神经网络的结构,以及遗传算法对模糊神经网络的网络结构和隶属度函数的优化。通过实例详细地给出了优化过程和优化结果,并通过仿真结果,充分地说明了模糊神经网络的优异性能以及遗传算法在多目标寻优中的强大优势。 This thesis mainly study the application of the fuzzy neural network based on the genetic algorithm to the position control system of some type of surface mounting machine. The structure of the fuzzy neural network, the optimization process of the network structure and the membership function by the genetic algorithm are detailed to introduce by a instance. By the simulation results it is explicitly shown the excellent performance of the fuzzy neural net- work and the powerful advantage of the genetic algorithm in the multi-objective optimization.
