摘要
本文将模糊自整定PID控制思想应用于对压电陶瓷驱动器的控制,运用模糊理论的方法对PID的3个参数进行在线自调整,有效克服压电陶瓷驱动器迟滞、非线性的影响。在LabVIEW环境下实现了该控制算法。在此基础上,建立了实验系统,对压电陶瓷驱动器进行模糊自整定PID控制研究。实验结果表明,该控制方法明显提高了系统的动态性能和稳态精度,同时系统具有较强的适应性和鲁棒性。
In this paper, a parameters self-tuning fuzzy PID control technique is developed to overcome the effect of the hysteresis and nonlinearity on piezoelectric actuators. It automatically tunes the proportional, integral and derivative gains of PID by a fuzzy logic controller. Such a parameter self-tuning fuzzy PID control algorithm is realized in the LabVIEW environment. An experimental setup is presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of the control method. The experiment result shows that this control technique greatly improves the dynamic performance and steady-state precision, and that the system has strong adaptability and robustness.
