半自动生化分析仪是临床检验中常用的重要仪器之一。它主要用于测定人体血液和其他体液中的各种生化指标．如血浆蛋白、血糖、血脂、血清酶等物质的含量，其对疾病的诊断、疗效观察及复发的监控等具有重要的应用价值。
PACS systems are used to change the radiology department workflow and improve efficiency.The correct patient information and image archiving is an important component of PACS system.The course of some patients on the use of information and image errors were analyzed and found that human error is a major factor in causing the problem and put forward some solutions for the problem.
