摘要
以计量作为实时反映设备性能准确与否的重要检测手段,阐述了计量对提高医疗质量和实现医学科学现代化的重要保证作用。并对引用有关国际标准作为不断完善医院质量管理体系和计量确认体系,规范和促进医院基础管理和计量技术的发展,实现统一、准确的测量,提高医疗质量和社会效益,提出了合乎医院计量管理的有效的和可持续发展的探讨意见。
Metrology as a main real-time detection method for equipment performance, plays an important role in improving the medical treatment and realizing the modernization of medical science. What＇s more,suggestions are given on how to site the international standards as example to improve the hospital quality management system and metrological approval system; to normalize and promote hospital foundational management and the development of metrological technology; to realize unified,accurate metrology; and to enhance medical quality and social benefit,which catering the requirement of hospital metrological management and sustainable development.
