摘要
目的针对目前血吸虫的低度流行状态,总结出血吸虫毛蚴孵化实验结果观察的最佳时间,从而提高血吸虫病病原学检测阳性检出率,为血吸虫病的诊断提供更好的依据。方法将实验样本分为阴性对照组、低含量实验组和高含量实验组,进行血吸虫尼龙绢集卵孵化实验,分别于不同时间点观察实验结果。在不同各时间段观察比较毛蚴孵出数和孵出率,总结毛蚴结果观察的最佳时间。结果阳性实验组中,在1h、2h、3h时毛蚴孵出数量相对较多,实验结果更易观察,8h后均急剧下降。结论血吸虫毛蚴孵化实验中毛蚴观察的最佳时间为1h、2h、3h,适当延长最佳时间点的观察时间,可以有效提高尼龙绢集卵毛蚴孵化实验的血吸虫卵阳性率。
Objective Based on the current low of schistosomiasis epidemic status,we confirmed the optimal observation time of hatching to improve the positive detection rate of schistosomiasis and provide a better basis for the schistosomiasis diagnosis.Methods Samples were divided into three groups,40 specimens per group.We found the optimal observation time by observing the numbers of miracidium and hatching rates in different time periods.Results In both positive experimental groups,the miracidium hatching numbers were increased at 1 h,2 h and 3 h,and then decreased sharply after 8 h.The tiny miracidium could become more clearly and objective.Conclusion The optimal observation time points for hatching were 1 h,2 h and 3 h.To prolong the observation time could effectively improve the positive detection rate of schistosome miracidium hatching.
