摘要
在化学二氧化锰的制备过程中,对粗二氧化锰的精制氧化是提高产品的振实密度和锰收率的关键。以氯酸钠为氧化剂,对粗二氧化锰进行精制氧化,考察了各工艺因素对产品振实密度及锰收率的影响,得到了最佳工艺条件:硫酸质量浓度为150 g/L、氯酸钠加料量为理论量的120%、氧化反应时间为3 h、反应体系液固体积比为3∶1。在此优化工艺条件下,溶液中Mn2+几乎全部被氧化成二氧化锰,锰收率达99.8%以上,产品振实密度大于2.0 g/cm3。
In the preparation of chemical manganese dioxide(CMD),the oxidation of crude manganese dioxide is crucial to increase the tap density of CMD and manganese yield.CMD was prepared by oxiding crude manganese dioxide with sodium chlorate as oxidant.Influences of various process factors on the tap density and yield of product were investigated and the optimum process conditions were obtained:mass concentration of sulfuric acid was 150 g/L,sodium chlorate feeding quantity was 120% of the theoretical value,oxidation reaction time was 3 h,and liquid/solid volume ratio of the reaction system was 3∶1.Under above optimum process conditions,almost all Mn2+ were oxidized into manganese dioxide,and manganese yield reached above 99.8% and tap density of product was more than 2.0 g/cm3.
