摘要
梅县锰化厂的锰渣是生产高锰酸钾后的废渣,其残余锰较高,高锰酸钾、氢氧化钾等含量亦高.该锰渣经流态化洗涤回收高锰酸钾、除氢氧化钾后,作为锰原料生产化学二氧化锰,取得了可喜的成功.产品理化性质和电气性能接近轻工部“EBG13001-86电池用电解二氧化锰专业标准”
It has been successful that chemical manganese dioxide is made from a kind of slag with higher contents of manganese, potassium permanganate and potassium hydroxide. After washed by a fluidized stream to recover potassium permanganate and potassim hydroxide, the slag becomes raw material for producing chemical manganese dioxide. Quality and property of the product are close to those of the first class stipulated in the standard of China′s Ministry of Light Industry as Electrolytic Manganese Dioxide Used for Batteries, EBG 13001 86.
