摘要
研究了以稻草、麦杆为原料 ,加入复合添加剂制取糠醛的新工艺 ,其适宜的工艺条件为 :硫酸质量浓度为 6 % ,液固比 2∶1,磷酸和重钙用量分别为 0 .1% ,磷酸钙用量为 5 % ,金属硫酸盐为 0 .0 2 % ,常压蒸馏 ,出醛率 :稻草为 9.6 % ,麦杆为 10 .6 % ,蒸馏后渣全部变为中性复合肥料 .表 4,参 8.
The technology of producing furfural from hydrolyze of the straw has been studied with the modified method of sulfuric acid catalysis. The productivity of furfural is 9.6 % to rice straw and 10.6 % to wheat straw through the distillation in the normal pressure and 100℃ under the following conditions: concentration of sulfuric acid 6 % (m), the ratio of solid to liquid 1∶2 (m),phosphoric acid 0.1 %(m), calcium tripe superphosphate 0.1 %(m), calcium phosphate 5 %(m) and metal sulfate 0.02 %(m). In the same times, the residue become neutral complex fertilizer after the distillation .4tabs.,8refs.
