摘要
目的制备尼群地平分散片,提高其溶出速度和程度。方法以正交试验设计的方法优化尼群地平的制备工艺,并进行中试放大生产。结果制得的分散片崩解迅速,符合Ch.P(2005)要求。结论用多指标综合评分法优选片剂的工艺,能较准确、全面地评价片剂质量,优于单一指标考察。
Objective：Preparation of dispersible tablet of Nitrendipine, Enhance its dissolution rate and extent. Methods： Orthogonal experimental design to optimize the method of preparation of Nitrendipine, And pilot production to enlarge. Results： Obtained rapidly disintegra- ting tablet, in line with the requirements of Ch. P（2005）. Conclusion： Multi-index score of Process optimal selected the process of tables, it can be more accurate and comprehensive evaluation of tablet quality, better than a single indicator of inspection.
